Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is the style of yoga I practice and teach regularly. It’s been one of the most powerful technologies in my own healing and transformation journey. It’s an incredible tool for personal growth, spiritual connection, and physical, mental, and emotional health.
The aim of Kundalini Yoga is to give you an experience of your own Soul. All text and study is meaningless unless we can have a personal experience, in our own bodies, of our own soul. If we can’t let the experience of oneness, of bliss, of health sink into our cells, change won’t come. That’s why Kundalini Yoga works so well. It relies on the individual experience of each practitioner and the guiding light within their heart.
Kundalini Yoga combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body lock (energy locks), and postures to balance the glands of the body, strengthen the nervous system, increase lung capacity, and cleanse the blood. When the instrument of the body is tuned in this way, the result is balance in the mind, emotions, energy system, and soul.
